Design Subscriptions – Frequently Asked Questions.
Once you subscribe to a plan, you'll get access to your own Trello board where you can submit design requests and view the hour usage. I'll work through your queue based on your chosen subscription hours each week. It's unlimited requests — we just work through them based on your plan's allocated hours.
Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of your request.
"Essentials" (Base Plan): 1–3 business days on average, "Pro and Elite Plans": 1–2 business days, with same-day revisions available for key Elite requests. If a project is larger (e.g., a full website design), you'll get a timeline estimate at the start.

Yes! You can add as many design requests as you like. They'll be worked on in the order they are received (queued or prioritised based on your plan). You can also request as many revisions as needed until you're happy.
It depends on the complexity of your requests and the subscription you choose. Simple graphics (e.g., social posts) can be delivered quickly, while larger projects (e.g., a full branding suite or website) naturally take longer. The number is flexible because you get a set amount of designer hours per week, not a limited number of designs.
No problem! You have two flexible options: Keep your jobs queued — they’ll continue to be worked on week by week based on your allocated hours. If you need urgent additional work, we can simply bill you separately for extra hours: $80/hr +GST for Essentials clients, $70/hr +GST for Pro and Elite clients. We’ll always get your approval first before billing any extra time.
Absolutely. There are no contracts. You can pause, cancel, or downgrade anytime through your customer portal or by contacting us. We recommend pausing if you know you’ll have no design needs for a month instead of canceling.
100% yes. All source files (e.g., .AI, .PSD, .XD, etc.) and exports (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF) are delivered to you, and you have full rights to them.
Primarily Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), Figma for UI/UX design, and WordPress, WooCommerce, Wix, or Shopify for website builds on Elite plans.
Full website construction (design, coding and development) is only included in the Elite Subscription. Pro and Essentials plans include website graphics, updates, and landing page mockups, but not full website development.
If you need services like animation, advanced SEO, copywriting, or complex website coding, we can discuss a custom project outside your subscription. Most core design needs are covered inside your plan, but we’re happy to work with you on any extras you may need!
It is the client’s responsibility to cancel their subscription directly or to contact Troy Designs to request cancellation. Refunds will only be issued if the request is made within 5 days of the debit date. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
