FastMoto is a fantasy sports platform that embodies the thrill and adrenaline of motocross and supercross, and they needed a brand that would reflect that passion. Our goal was to create a custom-made look that wasn’t just visually appealing but also resonated deeply with motocross riders and fans. The result? A edgy, fast looking logo and a series of custom hand drawn icons that bring to life the gritty, hands-on essence of the garage moto design style.
Inspiration and Vision
From the start, FastMoto expressed their desire for a logo that felt raw, authentic, and reminiscent of a garage workshop—a place where riders and mechanics get together, talk shop, and fine-tune their moto's for the next big race. This garage culture is at the heart of the motocross community, and we wanted to ensure that our designs honoured that.
The design process began with several brainstorming sessions, where our sketchbooks quickly filled up with rough drawings of tools, gears, wrenches, helmets, and racing flags, capturing elements that would become the building blocks of the FastMoto brand identity. These hand drawn elements work great with UI design on the website and through social media posts.
